Job satisfaction has been defined as a pleasurable emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one’s job; an affective reaction to and attitude towards job. The researcher tried analyse causes job dissatisfaction among Preraks KSLMA seek solutions based on scientific methods. This study intends provide clear picture about level KSLMA. simple random sampling technique is used in this study. 100 representatives were selected vast network through lottery method. Out Preraks, have for sample. 5 districts out 14 brought under using questionnaire which include Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Alappuzha Ernakulam. It helped attain objectives practical achievable also clearly identify target population. organization must try understand needs employees fulfill these so make full utilization efficiency its people.
